I would like to build that board but I have two questions:
1) Is the ATF17V8 pal chip available pre-programmed? Alternatively do you have a map of its functions so that I can have one programmed for me please?
2) I see you're outputting RGBS and I haven't seen a display that uses that Sync signal ...
